- GIPSAR PLUS is produced in the form of a dry mixture of synthetic gypsum, mineral fillers, modifying additives and setting time regulators.
- Increased hardness – the strength of intercrystalline bonds in gypsum has been increased by the addition of modern polymers – redispersible powder resins – thanks to which GIP-SAR PLUS creates a uniform, strong and smooth surface for painting or wallpapering.
- Possibility of spraying - this allows a much faster application of the plaster compared to the traditional method.
- Ability to choose the method of manual application (using a trowel or roller) and mechanical application (using a plaster unit) - allows you to choose the method of application according to the size of the surface and the availability of tools.
- Very good working parameters – the mass is malleable, does not "bubble", does not roll or tear and is easy to smooth.
- The possibility of applying the next layer after only 1.5 hours in the "wet-on-wet" technology or on a fully bonded previous layer.
- Changing the color while it dries allows you to control the progress of the work.
- Possibility of machine and manual sanding - after drying, the mass can be processed using professional sanders with appropriately selected sanding wheels. Due to the increased hardness of the product after setting, there is no risk of irregular wear of the skim coat during mechanical sanding. The skim coat is also suitable for traditional processing, where small irregularities can be removed by hand using properly selected sandpaper or sanding mesh.
- No scratches or bubbles, no craters or cracks - a perfectly smooth and even surface that is ideal as a base for paint and wallpaper.
- Resistance to cracking due to shrinkage during drying.
- Perfect color coverage – by adding polymers, the surface of the plaster absorbs the color very well, which makes finishing easier and faster.
