Our delivery times vary depending on the product and delivery address.

As a rule, the delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days after order confirmation.

For new customers, we currently only accept advance payment. Existing customers can use the agreed conditions. You can find further information on setting up a customer account on our website at www.bau-trade.de.

We generally deliver your order to the delivery address as quickly as possible. If you require a specific delivery date, please state this when ordering.

A telephone notification will only be made if this is expressly requested when ordering

We only deliver to mainland Germany. For deliveries to islands, please contact our sales department at verkauf@bau-trade.de.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at verkauf@bau-trade.de.
